Effective October 1, 2021, the United States Postal Service (USPS) has revised its service standards for certain First-Class Mail items, resulting in a delivery window of up to five days, vs. three days previously. This explains why your mail - including your statements and payments - may be delayed more than usual. Payments you send by mail may take longer to get to us, resulting in late fees. Consider these other ways to access your account to be sure payments are one time!

- Don't have online access? No problem, call us and we can help set up your online access or recurring payments from a deposit account of your choice.
- If you still prefer mail, consider setting a reminder to send your payments and other time sensitive mail a several days earlier than usual.
