Getting Started with CU-Online
First-time users will need to phone Your Community Credit Union’s Call Center at 434/528-9016 to set up a password. With this password you can enroll for CU-Online Enhanced Security, then log in to view your accounts
Online Banking with Free Bill Pay

Bill Pay is a FREE service provided by Your Community Credit Union. Try your Bill Pay option today to discover the convenience of having your Bill Pay provider take care of your bills!
Simply point and click to set up payment of all of your bills – one-time payments, automatic payments, or manual payments that change each billing cycle. You specify the amounts, recipient and date – your Bill Pay provider will make sure funds are transferred directly or will send a check on your behalf.
Bill Pay is available by signing in to CU-Online and selecting the “Bill Pay” tab. Not signed up for CU-Online? Contact the Call Center at 434/528-9016 to set up an initial password.

2. Tap the icon at the bottom of the screen that looks like a square with an arrow coming out of it.
3. Select the option “Add to Home Screen.”
4. That’s it! Name your icon (CU-Online, CVFCU, My Money…whatever you want) and then tap it whenever you need to check your account!

- Click to view your Checking Account
- Click on the Check Number that you want to View

Protecting Your Information Online
Your Community Credit Union is committed to the safety and security of your financial information. CU-Online Enhanced Security provides added protection from fraud and identity theft by helping ensure that only you have access to your account online In addition to your password, we require five extra layers of security – a Security Code, Security Questions, a Security Image, an optional Login Nickname and optional Computer Registration.
Why do I need to use CU-Online Enhanced Security?
When you visit our branch, you know our faces and we know yours. CU-Online Enhanced Security does the same thing over the Internet. When you enroll in CU-Online Enhanced Security, you will provide personal information that will be difficult for potential fraudsters to find out. This information will be used to identify you to us.
What will should I see when I log into Enhanced Security?
Your Security Image will identify us to you. Whenever you login to our site, we will show you the image you created during enrollment. This way, you can rest assured that you are accessing the real CU-Online site and not an impostor. CU Phone Access is a free automated system that allows you to manage your finances over the telephone. Formerly referred to as Centraline.
It takes only a few minutes to set up phone access to your account. Just call CU Phone Access and follow the simple, automated instructions. You can set up and access your account information 24 hours/day, 7 days/week!
Use CU Phone Access to:

Nationwide Service Centers for Added Convenience
To better serve our members, Your Community Credit Unions has joined together with other Credit Unions to create Shared Service Center locations across the country. CU Service Centers allow members of participating credit unions to conduct most of their business as if they are in their own credit union branch.
By sharing facilities, credit unions can offer greater convenience for members to access their accounts in many more locations. There are currently more than 1,300 CU Service Centers nationwide and more are added daily!
If you see the CU Service Center logo, expect the following:

- Check Cashing and Deposits
- Cash and Check Withdrawals (some cash limits may apply)
- Loan payments accepted
- Transfers to and from any of your accounts

Send Outgoing Wires from your CVFCU account Quickly and Securely
Because we are committed to safeguarding the funds entrusted to us by our members, the credit union is enhancing security procedures for all outgoing wire transfer requests. All members currently utilizing outgoing wire services will be required to sign a revised Wire Transfer Agreement. Any agreement currently on file with us will remain valid through May 31, 2012. To ensure uninterrupted account services, please come into any branch location before June 1, 2012 to implement the revised Wire Transfer Agreement.
Please note that the Wire Transfer Agreement will be accepted only at branch locations and must be signed in the presence of a Central Virginia Federal Credit Union employee. We will verify your identity and account ownership before honoring any Wire Transfer Agreements.
